Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This page explains how refunds work on The Secondary Classroom™ study site.
The short version
- You can get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for a chapter, the all-chapters bundle, or an add-on.
- You do it yourself, in Your account, with the Refund button. It is instant.
- After 7 days, and for monthly renewals, there are no refunds. You can still stop renewal at any time.
What can be refunded
The first payment you make for each chapter, for the all-chapters bundle, or for each add-on, within 7 days of that payment.
Each new chapter or add-on you add has its own 7 days. The all-chapters bundle works the same way.
The refund is for the full amount of that first payment.
What cannot be refunded
- Anything after the 7 days have ended.
- Monthly renewals. If you forgot to stop renewal, the month you were charged for stays open for you, but it is not refunded.
- A chapter, bundle or add-on you have subscribed to before and come back to. The 7 days apply only to the very first payment.
- Chapter 1, because it is free.
How to ask for a refund
- Log in and tap My Account.
- Find the chapter, bundle or add-on. It shows how many days of the refund window are left.
- Tap Refund and confirm.
The Refund button works for 7 days after your first payment. After that it is greyed out.
The refund is made straight away and the chapter closes at once. The money goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days. How fast it appears depends on your bank.
If the button does not work, or you cannot find your payment, write to us at [email protected] within the 7 days and we will sort it out.
Stopping renewal is different
Every chapter, bundle and add-on renews automatically each month until you tap Stop renewal in Your account. You can do this at any time.
Stopping renewal means you will not be charged again. You keep what you have already paid for until the end of that month. It does not refund the payment you have already made.
If you are still inside the 7 days of your first payment, tap Refund instead. That returns your money and closes the chapter.
If you changed your mind about the bundle
If you have single chapters and want the bundle, stop renewal on the single chapters first, so you do not pay twice. Each payment follows the rules above.
Try before you pay
Chapter 1 is free, so you can try the site before you buy anything.
Your rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under Singapore consumer law.
If we charge you by mistake, or you are charged twice for the same thing, contact us and we will put it right.
Paying by card
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or keep your card number. Refunds go back through Stripe to the same card.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change does not apply to a payment you have already made.
